FLS-GROUP

Moving forward together

FLS Group is a leading logistics network offering specialised freight solutions across the UK and Europe. Evolving from Freight Logistics Solutions, we have built a reputation for delivering efficient, technology-driven, and sustainable logistics services. With a foundation in innovation, FLS Group unites several distinct brands under one cohesive structure, offering a comprehensive range of services that cater to the dynamic needs of modern business.

Our History

Founded as Freight Logistics Solutions, our journey began with a commitment to addressing logistics challenges in the UK, particularly during periods of market disruption. Over the years, we expanded our services to include advanced digital tools, multi-modal freight solutions, and cross-border logistics capabilities.

In 2024, we took a bold step forward, evolving into FLS Group and acquiring Logiquanta, a European logistics provider headquartered in Lithuania. This strategic acquisition strengthened our presence across Europe, enabling us to offer seamless, high-volume road transport solutions while enhancing our portfolio with cutting-edge technology and sustainable practices.

The history behind the group

Freight Logistics Solutions was the first business to set up within the group structure which commonly was referred to as FLS, and has created a strong brand associated with fast growth and innovation hence the group name of FLS

2016: The Beginning

Freight Logistics Solutions was founded with a clear mission: to modernise freight logistics in the UK. Built in response to industry challenges including Brexit and driver shortages, the business set out to deliver a more agile, digitally-led approach to supply chain management.

2018–2020: Building the Foundation

Rapid growth across the UK, establishing trusted partnerships with manufacturers, hauliers and supply chain operators. Investment in systems, processes and people created the foundations for scalable, long-term growth.

2021–2023: Scaling the Model

Expansion of services and strengthening of national coverage. FLS evolved from a freight provider into a broader logistics partner, supporting increasingly complex client requirements with consistency and reliability.

2025: Group Evolution

A pivotal moment. The formation of FLS Group marked the transition from a single-service business into a multi-entity logistics group. The acquisition of Logiquanta strengthened the group’s European footprint, introducing chartering services and accelerating expansion into Lithuania and wider EU markets. This milestone reinforced FLS as a scalable, cross-border logistics partner.

2026: Scale & European Expansion

A year of accelerated growth and infrastructure investment.

  • Launch of FLS Warehousing, including a 100,000 sq ft digital storage hub, expanding end-to-end logistics capability.
  • Launch of FLS Polska in Wrocław, establishing a second EU base and advancing digital freight transport across Europe.
  • Continued expansion of FLS Forward, strengthening branch coverage and service reach
Together, these milestones represent a decisive step forward in building a fully integrated, technology-enabled European logistics network, designed for resilience, scale, and long-term client partnerships.
